The interior of each apartment home is as contemporary in design as the exterior is traditional. Because many of our residents are students at Auburn University, we offer a lot of amenities to make living here at The Garden District at lot easier. Our residents enjoy such amenities as free high-speed internet, free expanded cable, water, sewer and trash included, free alarm system (2 or 3 bedrooms), private patios or balconies and courtyards, quiet hours, a swimming pool, free WI-FI. Also included is free weekday concessions and free printing in the student lounge and much more. We encourage our students to join in the community of The Garden District by hosting monthly resident events, and providing a monthly newsletter.
