Residence at Mill Creek

We’ve lived here for 8 years now, so I think that's saying something when it comes to apartment living. One of the biggest things that sets this apartment apart is that it’s nestled right in the middle of a great neighborhood rather than feeling like a large, crowded apartment complex. That sense of community and quiet makes a huge difference and is something we really value.

The underground parking in our building is another major plus, especially during these Illinois winters. Management and... staff have always taken care of us and we really appreciate that.

I moved in about two months ago, and it was the best decision I've ever made!

The neighborhood is so peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are great. I have felt so lucky to have a heated garage, a convenience store within walking distance, and trails and paths for my dog. The apartment itself is well built with nice upgrades and the buildings and grounds are very well maintained. It's super close to so many stores, restaurants, and the train station while still feeling like... you are in a quiet neighborhood. Truly the best of both worlds. I am really enjoying my quiet comfortable apartment at Residence at Mill Creek. The heated, well-lit garage is greatly appreciated during the brutal winter weather, and the daily garbage disposal option is a great convenience. I also love that management is conveniently located 5 minutes away, and my neighbors are super friendly.

The Residence has been our home for 10 years and we can’t be happier! Our needs are met and it is truly a luxury to have heated garages, elevators and great security. Floor plans are so livable and feel roomy.
