I have lived here for 4 months now and can't say how much I love it here. My apartment feels huge for a one bedroom (Cascade) and is relatively quiet. I'm on the second floor so I do occasionally hear the people upstairs but that is to be expected in any multi-unit community. 9 foot ceilings, granite, stainless appliances.The staff

Just moved here and I love it! My flat faces the clubhouse and pool, really pretty at night and the lit palm trees are nice too. Love all the amenities and just how close everything is.Beutiful clubhouse, huge heated salt water pool, schairs with towels and 4 big cabanas (no cabana boys though). Beyond convenient. I give it three stars due to the amenities and having a nice staff. Would have given it more but there is a lack of insulation in the walls and floors so you can hear your neighbors oh and the bbq grills rarely work so keep matches handy...other than those items it's a nice apartment complex. Will be moving closer to a beach in the f
