North Greenbriar is the best community for active adult living for ages 55 and over. Located in Fort Worth, Texas near local highways I-20 and Loop 820 we offer the most for you money. Our community has single and two story buildings, a game room equiped with billards, game table and TV. We have elevators and we are also ADA accessible. You can enjoy the community room with full kitchen. Enjoy a book from theLibrary, stay fit in the fitness center, use the business center for your personal use, we are near public transportation, and walking trails. We also plan monthly scheduled activities, social events, and have scheduled van transportation. For the safety of our residents and their guest we have a controlled access gate and 24 hour emergency maintance. Each home will come equipted with a refrigerator, ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, washer and dryer connections, walk in closets white on white appliances, disposals, dishwasher, 9ft. ceilings and water and sewer is already included. Some units will also have a patio or balcony. We provide our residents with curb side trash pick-up!
