We have fully furnished units with full size beds and leather furniture, private bathrooms with an additional half bath for guests. We offer individual leases and rent includes cable with HBO, high speed Internet, trash removal, recycling, water/sewer, and an optional electricity cap of $30. All residents can take advantage of our GREAT amenities such as grills, FREE tanning (located at our sister property), a clubhouse with a state of the art fitness center, billiards tables, Wii, XBOX, Playstation, computer lab with FREE printing and wonderful on-site management. Stone Gate is within walking distance from JMU campus, the new JMU recreational fields, and has an on-site bus stop including late night routes.
