I have really enjoyed living here! The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed the large windows and lots of light, the courtyard below me, the beautiful kitchen, spacious bathroom, personal washer and dryer, proximity to grocery stores and the beach at Carkeek Park. I'm relocating for work and sad to leave this place.

I have lived at Tressa almost 3 years and have found it to be a great place to live. The people that live and work here are great people. I have yet to find anybody that has caused me any problems. There is seems to be in never ending cleaning and fixing crew working daily. I have seen some tags in the elevators which have been r
I live here, it's very nice. Brand new appliances and everything. The walls are very well insulated so I don't hear the noises from other residents....
I have lived here for 6months and very much enjoy it. My income was limited and could only afford a studio for me and my son but its perfect. Its quite spacious for a studio and have gotten many compliments from visitors on how roomy and nice it is. All appliances work, the entire apartment looked brand new when I moved in. And I lov
This has been one of my best rental experiences ever. The staff has always been very helpful and responsive. The place is kept clean and any issues I had we're resolved very quickly.
We moved here in August 2012. We live in the smaller of the two buildings, the same one as the office. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 2 small children. We moved here from Cincinnati, but I graduated ...
I have to agree with the post below - I was nervous about moving into Tressa after reading the reviews, but I haven't had any negative experiences. The rent is very affordable, right next to a bus station that takes me downtown, pet friendly, nice appliances, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sure, there are some "characters" tha
I guess I'm the only person who's going to defend this place.I moved in in February of 2012 and I have had virtually NONE of the experiences any of these other people have. I don't know what the expectation was, but pretty much, what you see is what you get, and I tend to agree with the aforementioned Vanessa who spoke very genuinely
I have been living at Tressa for 4 months and love it. I have a large spacious home and the neighbors are nice. When I moved in the office staff helped me with the papers and I was approved quickly. The lifts do sometimes take a long time to get to me but that is the cost of living in a little city. I would say that there are about 1
