I would strongly suggest NOT MOVING IN any of these units for many reasons. I've been a paying tenet for 3 years and I am fed up with the location and the company. Highly recommend this community - I lived here for the past 3 years and the new management really cares about the residents and has done a great job with the renovations. Close to work in New Haven and also for my wife in Hartford. Only downside was that neighbors were noisy but that comes with apartment living!
Nice place with decent upgrades. I have lived at Merritt Station for about a year and WILL renew my lease. Sometimes maintenance is slow to respond but overall for the price it is a good deal.
