Nice place to live

I have been at Sandtown Vista for almost a year. I really enjoy the the family events they have periodically throughout the year. It helps to create a nice family friendly community. I have recommended this complex to friends who moved in based on their visit and my recommendation.

Nice Family-Like Community

I have been here since March. The Property mangers/leasing agents all live on the property. They are very knowledgeable of their residents. Yes, there are children here but what do you expect from an apartment. The management staff plans monthly activities for the residents such as movie night, ice cream socials, breakfast, etc. Ther

I wouldn't recommend it

Overall, the apartment complex looks good. However, there are tons of little kids running around everywhere forget about a nice summer day at the pool with out the bay-bay kids. The over all safety of the complex is below par there have been between 8-10 break-ins in the one year that I lived here and the refuse to put in cameras and
