I loved living at Clemens Place with its quiet neighborhood and well maintained grounds. Living in a city you would expect there to be trash everywhere but due to the diligence of the workers at Clemens Place there is almost never any stray trash and the bushes and plants are kept well and definitely make the area more appealing. Some of these folks are either mentally ill, or work for another area apartment complex. Clemens place is easily the best in the area, not counting some of the $$$$ places on Woodland, of course ...
