From Virginia: Take US -17 South toward Elizabeth City(cross into NC). Approximately 12 miles past VA/NC state line stay left & continue on US -17-BYP S toward HERTFORD/EDENTON. Proceed approximately 6.5 miles to HALSTEAD BLVD EXT exit, and take EXIT 258. At end of ramp turn left onto NC-344/HALSTEAD BLVD EXT. Turn left at 1st stop light onto TANGLEWOD PKWY & follow past stores to Tanglewood Lake Apts. From Outer Banks: Take US-158 West and cross over the Wright Memorial Bridge. Continue to follow US-158 W until you reach Shortcut Rd. Turn left onto Shortcut Rd./US-158 and follow for approximately 10 miles. Turn left at NC-34/US-158 W toward Elizabeth City. Follow US-158 W for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto N. Hughes Blvd. Turn right onto NC-344/Halstead Blvd. EXT. Turn right onto Tanglewood Pkwy and follow past stores to Tanglewood Lake Apts.
