Brookshore Apartments is a 10 acre apartment complex offering one, two and three bedroom units. The loft and three bedroom units have wood burning fireplaces and washer dryer hookups in select units. All units have semi private to private grass patios. Brookshore also provides two laundry facilities available 24 hours with key coded doors and video surveillance. We have a great basketball court with two regulation glass backboards, picnic tables, outside barbeque, community room, and a pool table. The management office is open 5 days a week with weekend appointments available. The onsite-management staff is available 24 hours a day for resident emergencies. Brookshore is a pet-friendly community (some restrictions apply). Brookshore is conveniently located in the heart of Albany, near bus routes, a half block from Heritage Mall ?a regional indoor shopping center and is within walking distance to the library, movie theater, restaurants, lounges, city parks and playgrounds, grocery stores, schools, churches and over 100 retail locations plus easy access to I5.

Peace, quiet, friendly neighbors and management...

I lived at Brookshore Apartments for about 2 1/2 years with my husband and little girl and of all the places I have rented from in the past, this experience was definitely the best. We recently moved away due to my husband's employment and I was actually sad to leave. The grounds are well kept and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

I have to say that reading the reviews is funny. I also live here at Brookshore and I have to say that they are NICE. I belive there over 100 apartments and they are 30 pluss years old. The managment is a bit crazzy at times but all in fun. Ive had probloms with my unit a few time and they have ALWAYS gotten to me in a timly matter.

The managment is very helpful and ...

The managment is very helpful and nice. They are really nice places to live. Beware there is a haunted apartment in this complex. When I lived there, the place was fairly quiet and the interiors are well kept.

Very nice place to live. Management staff is very friendly and helpful. They are making many improvments to the complex that is geared to a wide range of people. Always have fix it requests completed right away. Enjoy having private patio to us and quiet. thumbs up¦¦¦¦¦

The staff consisting of Tamryn and Gloria are picture perfect landlords. My unit is very clean, up to date and spacious. Upon what other people have written, if you want items addressed, you must fill out maintenance request and allow staff to enter apartment(s). If NOT, nothing will get addressed. I enjoy living here.
