Is there a way to assign each resident 1 parking space per apartment according to approximity of their apartment. I live in a garden community apartment and thats what they do and it seems to work just fine. I have 2 cars but at least if I am going to be home late, my husband can park somewhere else and leave the assigned parking
This place looks beautiful. However, once you become a tenant you do not feel welcomed on the property. They have a clubhouse, but when you're there you feel as if you’re intruding on the leasing office. Given the fact that the leasing manager made it clear, "She was against them having a clubhouse in the first place" Her actions
Good: People with home office will find it attractive as you get a nice den that is equivalent to a room. Spacious - 1400 sft for 2 BDR (+Den) is worth. Built just 2 years back. So no roaches, no insect. Nice locality - close vicinity to Highways and nice Pisactaway township. Bad: Parking - you can be guaranteed you will never get
Very nice place to live, quite , grounds are kept nice, apartments are very well constructed, I''ve been living here for a year and I will be renewing my lease. Have not heard of any crimes within the complex. Can't wait to use the pool this summer. As far as management she's doing a fine job. Keep up the good work. My blessings
Excellent Apartments, spacious bathrooms, high ceiling, quality appliances and kitchen countertops. Thanks to the quality of the construction materials used here, unlike all other apartments I lived in NJ, I neither hear television sets of my neighbors nor hear the footsteps of tenants living upstairs. Many apartments call themselve
I've lived here since the end of July and so far, I really like it. This is the first time I have lived away from home and I can say that I haven't had much to worry about while living here. Since it is a new construction and the complex is still adding, there are a lot of workers coming in and out and piles of stones taking up par
Nice new apartments. And very large, too. The apartment has a study, which is an extra room, and lots of closets. These were the only new apartments I could find in the area. The kitchen is very nice with granite and stainless appliances. Things here have been excellent, including nice neighbors and complex employees. Pretty goo
