From Route 17 East: Take exit 71 (Broome Developmental Center, Boces) Off exit ramp, turn right and merge into far left lane at light. Proceed up over hill and turn left at light. Ely Park Townhomes is one mile up the hill on the right hand side. From Route 17 West: Take exit 72 (Mygatt Street)... Turn left off exit ramp, go under the overpass, and turn right at the light. Proceed to the next light. Turn right at that light and Ely Park Townhomes is one mile up the hill on the right hand side. From Court/Main Street Binghamton: From the intersection of Main Street and Glenwood Road (Price Chopper Plaza, Advanced Auto Store)... Turn right on to Glenwood, proceed through two lights. Ely Park Townhomes is one mile up the hill from the second light. From Suny Campus: Travel back to Route 201 Traffic Circle... Take the Floral Avenue exit, travel to Main Street Johnson City.
