I have lived here for six and a half years and love it. My neighbors are so friendly. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Same for the maintenance staff. Always friendly and quick to fix things if something happens. The pools and the grounds are well taken care of. I will definitely be here for another six years.

I have lived in The Preserves for over 9 years. I enjoy it very much. It's a very clean, quiet, and friendly community. It has great amenities, for example, 2 gyms, 2 pools, playgrounds, and dog walking amenities. It's pet and children friendly. I feel safe here. I am 68 yo and plan on living here as long as I am healthy enough. The other two things that are important for me is that we have a responsive office and a maintenance crew that is very good.
