Pet Policy
1. One pet per student will be allowed. 2. A non-refundable fee of $400 will be collected with the signed Pet Agreement. 3. Type of pets allowed are solely discretion of Management and are subject to change at any time. 4. Pet must not exceed 35 lbs. 5. For canine breeds, aggressive breeds will not be allowed. Please consult with Management if you believe your pet may be an aggressive breed. 6. All dogs must be taken outside to use the bathroom and MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. 7. Pet owners are responsible for picking up all pet waste left in the community. Pet station(s) will be provided. 8. No visiting pets are allowed. Residents found with unauthorized pets inside the apartment are subject to a non-refundable fee in the amount of $400. 9. Any damage done that is determined to be caused by the pet will become the financial responsibility of the resident (i.e. urine stains, torn carpet, torn vinyl, scratched walls, etc.).
