Don’t do it .
Management is so
Rude and careless they will
Leave you shaking or crying . They charge you for anything that breaks even if it isn’t your fault or it’s because it’s there old appliance . Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors coughing and anything else . I have a noise coming from a sprinkler closet that has affected my life dramatically I can’t be in or sleep in my master bedroom because this noise on the other side of my wall and management simply offers nothing and doesn’t care even... though this is a issue that should be resolved asap for it affects everything .

This is home!
I absolutely love whisper ridge! Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly!! Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix the issues! Very clean and well maintained! They have contests around the community and keep it fun! Pass out monthly packets with important dates to remember and includes tips and tricks even some recipes!! If you want to feel at home... look no further!!

The rent prices are amazing for what you get. The maintenance staff is fast! Management has always been very friendly

DON’T MOVE HERE!
The property managers are fake and don’t want what’s best for you. They are super nice during move-in. I signed a one-year lease and when the lease was almost up, they kicked me out for invalid reasons. They are a business. They only care about the revenue they gain when people move in, so no matter how great of a tenant you are, they will make sure you leave so that they can bring in someone else, make money off them, and it’s a never-ending cycle. STAY AWAY FROM WHISPER RIDGE!!!
