Modern design is nice. Shower/waterfall feels good. Complimentary breakfast was very good. It contained the standard items and some interesting hot items. I never used the kitchenette and could not figure out why there were so many empty cabinets. I would like all the cabinets in my house. I'm not sure why the hotel room had so many.
I first stayed at this hotel on my way from Ontario to California. And on my way back from California to Canada - I drove over 14 hours one day just so I could stay there again.Where do I even begin? I am totally in love with the concept of this hotel. I love the modern atmosphere, but I appreciate the little things like Seventh Gene
I'm not a very active reviewer, but I wanted to be sure that I wrote a review about this hotel. I was traveling across the country from Los Angeles to Maine with my two dogs and this hotel was by far the best stop of our entire trip. The hotel itself is very green and sustainable which was great. The room was clean, efficient and hip
it's a bland oasis in the middle of a lot of suck...I love the park, Coldstone Creamery and the movie theater which I'll go to eventually lol...but a lot of these shops here are for the rich and snotty and I'm neither...at least it seems the riff raff and scumbags don't frequent here like they do downtown...plus with things like Jazz
Have you considered sectioning off areas for ground seating vs lawn chairs for the Monday night movies? I had a great spot with my blanket early and...
Had a great time at movie night. My 4 year daughter loved Toy Story. Thank you.
A mixed used development that has really transformed this once-dilapidated area into a citywide entertainment destination. Midtown Crossing is the home of many restaurants, a movie theater, apartments, condos, a smattering of retail stores and a park that seems to always be bustling with activity during warmer months. It seems Midtow
Is the sound system going to work for Hunger Games? I hope so. I loved movie night last year!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in.The rooms were very modern and clean. Ours even had a full kitchen. Loved the free happy hour with wine, beer and snacks. Their breakfast was also incredible! Options included cereal, yogurt, many kinds of fruit, muffins, bagels, Greek pita, potato blue cheese burrito, a brisket egg & cheese bu
Midtown crossing is a newer district minutes away from downtown Omaha. The district contains shopping, a small park, restaurants, bars, and services. We go to Midtown Crossing a lot in the Spring/Summer months. Parking can be easy at off-times (M-W, early evening). They do have a inexpensive parking garage and a shuttle that goes dow

Great Urban development with fun places to check out.
It's very upscale! I love it!
Enjoyed a great meal at Black Oak Grill! Then, was really surprised to have it paid for by Midtown Crossing. What a treat! Thank you and we will be...
Nice area, but it is full of specialty shops and nothing real consistent. So if you need to grab an expensive meal and a specialty item this is the...
Fun energetic place to shop, eat and relax
We were one of the first tenants to move in when building 7 open. ( The one with the Afternoon). My wife and I loved it, great view. We also enjoyed the service. The maintenance guys are great and service is prompt. Noise level is at a minimum. We lived there 2 years and we got our deposit back in full . Pros: Great views, quiet
Movie Night is a great idea but screen needs to be downhill by the stage and they need a MUCH bigger sound system.
I love this place there is lot of booty here.
READ EVERY PAGE OF THE LEASE BEFORE YOU SIGN IT, THEN READIT IT AGAIN. NUMBERS SEEMED TO MAGICALLY CHANGE ON MY LEASE. (more about that on my re-review. I can not give a fair because I do love the location and the neighbors. They are all nice and the place accepts dog(I don't have one but love them). Walners Grocery is great to
I've lived here for four months, directly next to dodge street, and directly above Parliment Pub. On the weekends it does suck a little bit because it is loud. But beyond that one issue, the place is amazing. Easy access, being able to walk to the grocery store or a multitude of restaurants is great. Plus Jazz on the green, a won
I've lived in the Midtown Crossing apartments for 6 months now and I love it here. I wonder if the staff has changed since the March review below because I have found the office to be very responsive to my requests (I needed a blind fixed and my tub was clogged...both were taken care of within 24 hours). I love the concierge servic
I am definitely a fan!!! The Element was a pleasant surprise. It is clean, well maintained and did I mention hip? Yes, an oasis of cool in the middle of a city that I figured would seriously lack cool factor. Well I was seriously wrong. The element is in a modern area next to a plaza with a surplus of cool finds. The rooms are modern
The only downside that we experienced during our stay (just checked out this morning) was that our room faced Dodge Street and the traffic was pretty noisy. We slept through it okay, but did wake up a time or two due to a loud car driving by. The Westin Heavenly bed made it so that we drifted right back to sleep, though! The hotel is
I'm going with a hard "three stars." First impressions - I guess - really do matter! When checking out, I had absolutely no complaints - but I couldn't put my finger on specific praise either. But, I did have a gripe that was lingering from check-in. When we'd checked in, the individual behind the desk was less than welcoming, didn't
The decor is very contemporary, I love it! The rooms are very clean and accomodating. Everything you need from a mini kitchen is in your room. The shower is nice, but very soft water so I don't really know if the soap is off my body. Breakfast wasn't great and very minimal. I saved the best experience for last, THE BED, OMG! It is by

I am a current resident. The places, though a touch small, are very nice. Everything is new as you would expect, and the neighborhood is stellar. Based solely on this I would give a 5 star review ...
This place is awsome!! Great room and location.
I stayed here for a few days on business and was very impressed with the hotel. The design is very sleek and modern. Very clean and also LEED certified. My room was amazing. Very good size, complete with king bed, couch, desk, KITCHEN! (which includes a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, sink, dishwasher and all the dishes you mi
I was a guest of the Element in early November while I was attending a conference in Omaha. The conference was located downtown, and the Element was just a skip away-and offered a free shuttle, so it was no problem getting around. I was impressed with the sleek, modern, and energy efficient design. I was more so impressed with the ha
Love love love this hotel! So clean, sleek and modern! Great atmosphere and possibly the nicest hotel in Omaha (haven't tried the new Sheraton out at Westroads yet).Rates are pretty affordable and the hotel is right in the Midtown development of Omaha close to many great restaurants. If you get a chance, eat the Blanc Burger bar for t
Midtown Crossing spans 15 acres and has single-handedly revitalized Turner Park and the surrounding area. There are two public parking garages with free parking for the first 3 hours. Movie theater, gym, condos, restaurants, salon, bars, retail, a hotel, grocery store and more... all within one of the first LEED certified projects un
Nice property. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. The bathroom had a great shower. The breakfast buffet was yummy with lots of choices! The parking situation was a little weird, though. You can pay $6 for overnight parking in the garage next door, but the hotel will charge you $8 to bill it to your room. Got a good deal on pr
Very interesting hotel!THE ROOM was excellent! I've stayed with Starwoods and slept in their "Heavenly Beds" many times, but this was by far the best bed I have ever stayed in! We hardly used the kitchenette, but it was very nice and would be quite the comfortable room and ideally fit for someone on a mult-day work trip. I love the L
This place is AMAZING! We arrived a little later, after 9pm, and they gave us a discounted room price. They allow pets to stay for free, the rooms are crazy deluxe (kitchenette, huge desk, free internet, couch all in a standard, double queen bed room!), and the service was fantastic. Will absolutely be back on trips across the countr
I have stayed here twice now and I've been extremely pleased both times. My first stay was shortly after they opened and my second stay was just this past weekend. Both stays were for no particular reason, just a weekend getaway with my husband.Upon entering, the hotel has a very spa-like feel. It appears very clean and modern, with
Pricelined for pretty cheap which was appreciated. Free midtown shuttle to td ameritrade for fireworks show and it went through old market and downtown areas that I think runs all year long. Plus I think the hotel itself has a free shuttle available. The room was nice with full kitchen and theres a nice market with a deli next door.
I absolutely love this hotel! I travel into Omaha for work every week Mon-Thur and this hotel is by far the best around. I stayed at the Marriott Aksarben for a while but moved over starting in May and it was the best decision. The free breakfast is fresh fruit salads, breakfast wraps/burritos, sandwiches, smoothies, muffins, etc. an
Not that I'd ever come back to Omaha, but if I did, I'd stay here again. The hotel has free wi-fi and they market this place as a place to work. I was here for an intensive 4-day boot camp for the CFA exam at Creighton University. The rooms are very clean with modern design and comes with a built-in kitchen. I didn't even use the kit
We were driving from Chicago to Denver this past weekend and wanted to try something new. I'm really glad we did, because Element Omaha is everything one could want in a modern hotel. It's funky, contemporary, eco-conscious, convenient and pretty. The staff is laid-back but customer service oriented at the same time and the rooms are
Excellent all around. Living in Lincoln, it is a bit tricky to explore the restaurant scene in Omaha. That long drive back home on I-80 is not fun after a big meal (or safe after a few drinks). We spent two nights at this hotel to explore a bit and were so happy with the experience it will likely become a regular habit.Pros:-we were
If you've stayed at any Starwood Aloft hotels, you just might think you're walking into one when you come into this Element hotel. Really clean, sharp looking with eco-friendly materials, the lounge is really refreshing. There's no bar/no pool tables, and that's where the Element and Aloft hotels differ.I was blown away by the room,
Fantastic experience. Incredible facility. Unmatched service. Staying there again in a month
The Good:The hotel has a fun clean modern appeal. The rooms are very well designed, and have great kitchenettes, which was great for our Bachelorette Party we had. The location is perfect for Midtown Crossing. Having the parking garage with key access was very easy. The beds were very comfortable. The Bad:The staff did not really hav
When you have to be in Omaha, this is a terrific choice of hotel. It's just a couple miles from downtown as well as the airport, and surrounded by a number of nice restaurants. Decor is modern, beds are Westin comfy, and it has all the makings of a great stay, long or short. If you feel like holing up and disappearing for a while, yo
Situated in a shopping/restaurant/condo/park, this is a brand new hotel for the area. Although I am a Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest, this is the first Element Hotel I have stayed in. Starwood Hotels have not built as many of these as they have the Aloft Hotels. I would explain this Element concept as the Aloft minus a bar, but ad
Nice view, nice neighborhood.been living here for 6 months. Like the convenience, access to grocery store, bars, restaurants and movies at a walking distance. For those wanting to go downtown, there is a FREE shuttle on the weekends . In the summer, jazz on the green is right outside of the building.resident parking is expensive ( $6
