WE LOVE PETS! We require all pets to be registered and fully up to date on their shots. We allow pets of all sizes in our community, however we respectfully request any pet over 50lbs to reside on a first floor apartment. A one time, non-refundable fee of $300 is required. Aggressive breeds are restricted. Aggressive breeds include Pitbull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rotweiler and Wolf-Hybrid. Fees and deposits are waived for medically necessary pets.
