Nice, clean rooms. Staff great! Wish they would just add the "resort fee" to the actual price. It would just cut down on confusion. Overall good, but not great like the prices would have you believe. One of the staff spilled coffee on a pillow that we had brought. The person at the front desk told us that a manager would contact us,

We stayed here the weekend of 8/10 to 8/12. The hotel is very impressive from the outside and the inside too! When the retail portion of the resort has attracted more businesses I would imagine this will be a popular stop for locals and tourists. Everyone we ran across during our stay was polite and helpful. Went there 3 months when the place wasn't officially open, the hotel is beautiful, the service was great and the price was low. If I ever go back to San Antonio that's where I be staying.
