Small Dogs/Cats: Limit 2. A small dog is under 40 pounds. No height restriction. If resident has 2 small pets with a combined weight of over 40 pounds, they must be on the ground floor. $200 Refundable Deposit for 1 or 2 small pets $200 Non-Refundable Fee for 1 small pet, $300 for 2 small pets Large Dogs: Limit 1. A large dog is 41 to 80 pounds. Must be on the ground floor. If a resident has a large dog, they may only have one pet. $300 Refundable Deposit $300 Non-Refundable fee Other Information: Documentation in the form of a veterinarian letter must be provided prior to moving in. This letter needs to include the pet’s age, breed, and weight. Breed restrictions include Dalmatians, Boxers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls and any mix of the above breeds. This list may change at any time to include additional breeds. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on the property. Dogs may not be left unattended on patio or balcony. Pets under 1 year accepted with an additional carpet deposit. One Bedroom deposit is $800. Two Bedroom deposit is $1,000. Townhome deposit is $1,200.
