The application process was annoying because your link to confirm my income was not working correctly. I have had issue after issue getting a working mailbox key. I have filed a noise complaint against my upstairs neighbor. My apartment smells of smoke and I am constantly trying to get rid of the smell. My toilet and washing machine did not work upon move in. My floor was flooded once the repair was made to the washing machine. This has been a complete nightmare. I would not recommend anyone... moving here.
