?Due to a higher than usual number of in-bound Soldiers waiting to lease homes on-post, we are at this time only offering homes to those Active Duty Service Personnel assigned to West Point or to duty stations located within 50 miles of West Point.? Nestled in the beautifully wooded Hudson Valley, the homes of West Point Military Family Housing offer spacious living in an incredibly beautiful location. Rich with historical significance, living at West Point brings our residents to a special location, unmatched by any other. Homes are tucked into hillsides, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Academy, woods that blossom with beautiful colors in the fall, and gorgeous mountains. With a selection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms you are sure to find a wonderful home that is a perfect fit for you and your family. We are a pet friendly community, so you can bring the 4 legged family members with you as well. Of course, some restrictions apply, so let?s be sure to chat about that. West Point Military Housing is always open to qualified Active Duty Service Members, and these families have priority for our homes. Your rental rate is never higher than your Basic Allowance for Housing. Active Duty Reservists, Military Retirees, and Department of Defense Civilians who are employed at West Point may also apply to live at West Point Military Housing.
