You have schools grocery shopping and restaurants very closed. The place is pretty much brand new very nice and well maintained. Everything is in great shape. My favorite part is the office sta

I really like the San Ramon area. I went to Highlands Point apartments to get some information on availablity and what schools are in this area. The office staff is so helpful and friendly. I will give them a call at the end of the month to apply for a unit.I love how the complex looks and its only a few years old, the area is very n
I've lived here for almost 3 years and was the first tenant in my apartment, brand new! Who gets that these days? All the amenities are great especially the pool,. the cabana, the gym open 24 hours, wow! I know parking can be an issue but they have permits and garages (which cost as little extra, but worth it if you have need some s
This is my second time living in Highlands Point Apartments. There is many reasons why I came back, with the #1 reason being the management and staff!I walked in the office and they greeted me and welcomed me back...and I was gone for 2 years! They are very responsive to your needs and wants and go out of their way to accommodate you.
It's unfortunate that Highlands has a 2 star rating on Yelp. I've lived in a couple of different apartment complexes in this neighborhood over the past few years, and I have to say Highlands is the best. I don't understand why some people are saying the staff in the office isn't friendly or organized..... I always enter the office wi
Nice apartments and nice staff. I would recommend this place
Highlands Point Apartments has a great community and awesome amenities. My family has lived here for the past year and we have had nothing less then a wonderful experience. The property is diligently and consistently maintained. The management and staff work together and partner with the residents to ensure that any issues are settle
I love it here! ***** The Management and office stuff are great. As a mom I was very concern about a lot of things but Sapna was very caring and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Apartments are awesome ,the only issues is a parking spots...
I would have given more stars , had our neighbor not been such a pain. This woman keeps complaining when it's somebody on top who makes all the noise. She makes strange complaints that our kids make noise, we slam the door etc etc. we have one daughter who goes to bed early so multiple kids making noise is out of question. Moreover w
This place is way better than muirlands which is ghetto. Only bad part is the guest parking which sometimes taken by residents with more than one car. But other than that I have nothing complain about.
I would give more stars, but the type of people who they move in here make it miserable for everyone, and this has lowered my rating. The apartments are nice. Yeah the stuff is not top of the line, but if you take care of it is is fine. Maintenance has always been wonderful. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful to me...I have n
