Pets allowed, we accept cats and dogs. Dogs can be up to 100 pounds. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. A second pet is an additonal $100. We do not allow Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, or dogs mixed with any one of the above breeds. No reptiles, rodents, or ferrets will be allowed.

Very nice place
Very nice place to live. Great staff. a lot of little perks like free coffee at club house free movie rentals beautiful pool etc. Good location too. I like it.
