Complex is run by a close knit family of sisters who are very kind and care a great deal for their tenants. Lovely gardens and grounds are meticulously upkept. Very warm and friendly atmosphere, where all are welcome and treated like family.

I loved living here my 2 years in grad school at WCU! Very clean, big and affordable housing!! It was not to close but not to far from everything! The landlords are great, caring, and easy to work with I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Strasburg Court is a nice quiet complex family owned and run located just outside West Chester. I lived there for a total of 3+ years in a one bedroom and then into an upgraded 2 bedroom. The apartment complex has a "family" feel and the apartments are in excellent condition and well maintained. Many of the residents have been there for years. The owners host different events throughout the year and even offer a "community" garden where you can grow plants and veggies. The apartments are bright... with plenty of windows. This apartment complex is the best secret in West Chester. The property is sparkling clean, the owners take pride in the property. If there are any issues they are addressed right away. If you are looking for a nice, roomy, clean and quite place to live within a fantastic community look no longer. Check out these apartments. Love living in this community.

The place is horrible to live unless you like having three overbearing and sneaky mothers living with you. On-site manager is always watching your every move and quick to comment negative remarks. They constantly are on your back unless something is broken. I reported a broken faucet the first month I was there and 12 months later nothing. The closet shelf fell and they didn't repair it. Tried to accuse me of not telling them which I did twice. They claim AC units are in every room which took... till July to get one. They give out your personal information to other tenants and then deny it. They make up stories and spread gossip like high school girls. They have more rules than grade school unless you are a family member that lives there. They are welcomed to do as they please and disrespect other tenants. If you report it its brushed under the rug. The rent is outrageous and you don't have a washer dryer in unit. You have to lug it around the building and of course there are times you can and can not use the washers. Rent is going up because everyone there is moving out. I'd prefer to live in a box than here.
