The Tower at Morgan Hill is as close to The University of Tennessee as you can get without being on campus. No worries about where to park. Each resident has an assigned parking space and we are on the bus line. Need a roommate? We offer roommate matching services. All 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are fully furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, chalk board walls, and cable & internet is included in the rent. Enjoy our Mystic Tan spray tanning booth which is 1/3 the cost of local tanning salons. There is also a swimming pool with large sundeck and grilling area, fitness center, theater, recreation room, and computer room. A gaming area with Xbox, PS3, and Wii, ATM, vending area, and study room complete our list of amenities. We have everything! The top ten floors have oversized windows to enjoy spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountains, Knoxville?s skyscape, or the Tennessee River. No need to pay a large deposit to the utility company to get utilities in your name. We charge a small monthly flat rate for electricity, water, waste water, and gas so there will never be any overages for you to pay! One check covers it all; rent, utilities, cable, and internet plus the use of all of our fantastic amenities. Its a place to make memories and start friendships that will last a lifetime.
