I don't even know if the last reviewer is reviewing the correct complex. I have NEVER had a problem with parking here. Our area often has 5 empty parking spaces around us. $35 for water? Pffft. Thats nothing. I'm guessing because we live don't live in the regular 1 bedroom apartments, we pay $52. Never had any problems with cars
