I had a great experience. The apartments were quiet, clean and I always felt safe. If I needed anything I just picked up the phone. Everything was in great working order. The office staff was very friendly and professional and if I had questions they were answered quickly. I wasn't originally from the area so where Regency is located

I must admit things needed some work. the new people that came in later the next year really went to work. I love Regency and will continue to resdie here. I moved her in 2008 and I love it! Bettendorf is such a clean community and Regency is safe and quiet. I have a large 2x2 apartment with new carpet and vinyl the new manager just advocated free washers and dryers for every tenant, the old manager used to charge $40.00 per month I love having a brand new washer and dryer no laundry ma

Managment is really good about ...

Managment is really good about taking work orders. Very responsive. Quiet and dog friendly. New managment and they are very nice and patient. Great Apartments!

I lived there for three and a half years and it was a little shaky in the beginning. Then they brought in a great manager who knows his stuff. He takes care of issues right away and is really responsive to the residents. The maintenance is ok, but they do respond to after hours emergency calls.
