Our floor plans are spacious and based on availability, there are two primary layouts from which to choose. Some units feature a walk-in storage closet and private balconies and patios. Our goal is always to provide you with innovative designs, a warm, pristine and comfortable home at Summit Terrace. While we have two different floor plans available, each unit has been updated with many new features and appliances. Availability of these units can vary.
