I think it's a pretty decent apartment for the price and service. Most of the utilities are paid by the landlord (even including GAS HEAT so that helps during winter time!!) and on-site managers ...
Rented from them for 2 different years. They always fixed stuff and were nice, but the apartment managers are kind of creepy. They put up cameras in the parking lot. Why? Not sure, there was always plenty of parking for everyone and guests, so not sure why they need to big brother us. Rent was ok, so if you don't mind the creepi
