We are located near I-430, Morehart Park, I-30 Speedway, Forest Hills Memorial Park and Pulaski Technical College. At Eagle Hill Apartments we take care of our residents and ensure their safety by having controlled access gates, an officer on-site and by installing intrusion alarms in each rental home. We want our residents to be comfortable and live the extravagant lifestyle they deserve at a rate they can afford. Open floorplans, central heat and air conditioning, washer and dryer, private patio/balcony (select units), ceiling fans, window blinds, large walk-in closets with extra built-in storage, carpet, and tile are all featured in each apartment home. A frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave can also be found in our kitchens. Units accessible to persons with disabilities are available upon request. Fully furnished executive suites have similar amenities to our residents, but the leases are more flexible, utilities are included, and persons staying in our suites have executive golf privileges. Pets are allowed in all of our rental properties with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Residents enjoy an affiliate golf membership to Eagle Hill Golf and Athletic Club and have no joining fees or dues, and residents also get green fee discounts.
