Horrible
Incredibly inconvenient to deal with. Especially with subleasing and adding on things you did not ask for. Definitely not renting with them again

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible. If I could give this a negative rating, I would. I had the displeasure of living here for full lease term and I couldn't regret it more. Tammy the bookkeeper is rude and unprofessional, along with most of the staff. She will not try a single bit to make your new home enjoyable. Not only was the management awful, but this company tried anything and everything to get more money out of their residents. Please take it from my experience, there are better places to move in... Ames.

They charge very high rent prices for low quality apartments. Hallways are always dirty and there are often holes in the walls. They'll nickel and dime you too.
