Pet Policy
This community accepts up to 2 pets per apartment. No weight limit but dogs are recommended to be 1 year of age. A $250 pet deposit, $250 non-refundable pet fee and $25 per month pet rent per animal. Vet's certification must be received prior to move in, a pet addendum signed, all fees paid and your pet has been viewed and approved by management. Please ask for a copy of the pet agreement for more details. Due to safety concerns, the following bloodlines will not be allowed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, Bullmastiff, Bull Terriers, Cane Corso, Chows, Dalmation, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Husky, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar Peis, Staffordshire, Wolf Hybrids, etc. or mixed breeds with these bloodlines. Management reserves the right to investigate and deny unfamiliar breeds. Cats must be spayed/neutered (kittens before 1 year old). Exotic and farm animals are not permitted; exotic pets include snakes, gerbils, rabbits, ferrets, reptiles, etc.
