I am shocked at the last reviews. The apartments are nice and so is the staff. I have never had any problems with the hot water or repairs. Just like everything else in this world, if you are rude to the staff then they were probably rude to you. The manager has been very helpful and has even helped me with my housing paperwork. Did

I am quite surprised, Colonial Apartments has been a very nice place to live.We have new roofs on all the buildings and new gutters. The apartments are in good condition. The grounds are nice also.
