I have lived here for 2 years and plan on staying. Its is a beautiful complex and the staff is super nice. They promptly reply to service requests and help you out with anything you need. Although I am in my 20s, I enjoy the fact that mostly families live here so it is quiet and there are no noise complaints.Only reason they don't ge

Great place to live always have taken care of problems right away. Good staff very clean. At times to many dogs.
Our family (Roy family)have lived here for over 1 year and I must say that we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience living in park regency. The entire staff here from maintenance to management are really helpful. Our stay has been excellent and any number of adjectives would be insufficient to describe this place. The park regency tea
Just got back into town after visiting a friend for the last week on a little vacation and it was amazing. Her place is a very close walk to the BART station and it only takes about forty minutes to get to SF. It was perfect for my visit!!! The property surroundings are beautiful! A very relaxing feeling with flower gardens, and
My roommate and I just moved here from NY, and were in a hurry to find a new apartment the same day. We walked in about a half hour before close feeling very defeated, until we met Mike Perry. He showed us what he had available and talked to us about the lease. Afraid we wouldn't get approved, Mike reassured us he was going to do ev
The best experience I've had looking for an apartment. I just moved out here with my roommate from NY and Mike Perry went above and beyond making us feel at home and welcome. I'm hoping to love at this beautiful apartment complex soon!!! If there's anyone out there looking for a place and is new to the area Mike was absolutely amazin
I'm going to start with the pros, of which there are many. It's VERY safe. Many reviews here will tell you otherwise, but my partner and I are hyper sensitive to even feeling unsafe (it's pulling teeth to even get him to set foot in the Mission, to give you an idea) and we have NEVER felt the least bit threatened here. I even misplace
Overall nice community but a bit crowded but good for the price and close proximity to BART. POOR SCHOOL DISTRICT. The leasing office folks are nice and helpful EXCEPT for new joinee MIKE who is rude.
Pros: I have leaved here almost a year and no complaints. The facilities are taken care of. I feel safe (considering live alone). I never have to deal with management but when I had a complaint about something inside the apartment, they were quick to fix it. I rarely hear my neighbors and if I do it's minor. Very nice studio set up a
You Get What You Pay for! Bay Area is expensive, choose an apartment with the right expectation~ Do some research before making any judgment, then you'll know what $2,200 could offer you. There is no perfect apartment, you get what you pay for. I really like the location of the complex. It's literally less than 10 mins walk to the
Sheila HI lived at the Park Regency for 10 years - 2004 to Feb 2014, and what a wonderful experience it was. It was home for me and I never had any problems living there. The Sherriff's dept was assigned to patrol the Regency and they have on site security. I love the Japanese style tropical serene landscaping... I love the fact I
I've lived in PR for about 14 months now, and my experiences have all been positive. I'm sorry that some others are having issues with the apartments, the staff, or the locals, but I've never had any issue at all. The apartments: I don't love this apartment, but for the price I'm paying (one of the cheapest in the area for sure), I t
Hmm. I have read all of the bad reviews giving this apartment complex bad ratings and find it fascinating how many people do not understand what an apartment is. An apartment is a home surrounded by homes occupied by other people. I think that things are getting very silly and childish when people are giving one star reviews because
Am only giving it four stars, due to the fact I've only been here about a month. This is a pretty decent spot IMHO. Five stars would be some form of crazy high-class establishment only the people NOT reading this can afford (zing). The rent is moderately priced, so your average person is in their late 20s-mid 30s. Have no neighbors t
I've been here two years and I dig it here. I'm in a one-bedroom on the top floor. Here's my breakdown:THE COMPLEX + THE AREA:OMG I love the ducks. The streams, the landscaping, the ducks (and when they have babies - so cute!). It's an absolute pleasure coming home to this apartment complex. There are two pools and hot tubs: The one
I recently moved here from overseas and park regency was the only people that would hold an apartment for me and my wife. I have been here almost 2 months and Benny at the leasing office made everything really smooth. I am a little late but the maintenance here is the best I have ever seen. I think his name was danny but he was there
We had a great time living in Park Regency for 2 years and never had any major issues. The only reason which forced me to move out was I bought my own house! I must say they have improved quite a lot in recent years in terms of security and upkeep. There staff have always been so helpful to us whether it's a maintenance issue, lost k
We live in Park Regency for more than a year.We liked this apartment very much. This apartment is very safe and well maintained. The after hour emergency maintenance is very prompt and they will reach within few minutes. This apartment is within 5 minutes walk in distance to Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa Bart station. During peak time in
I looked for an apartment in the Bay Area for a month before finding the Park Regency apartments, and the professionalism of the staff and efficiency of the lease-signing process was a breath of fresh air after dealing with flakey craigslist landlords and touring run-down complexes in Berkeley and Oakland. I called the Park Regency t
I moved into Park Regency Apartments 10 Months ago after having had a horrible experience with an Apartment Complex & its Management or rather 'Mis-Management' in Alameda, CA. I was extremely cautious about this move and read all the reviews online. I was positively influenced by the majority of good reviews for this apartment comple
We lived at Park Regency for 7 months and moved out because the commute was just too hard on our little family of 3 to have any time quality time (90-minute commute each way, every day and an 8 p.m. bedtime for the kiddie). So I'll lay it out in terms of both pros and cons about this place but the bottom line is if you're a commuter w
I loved living at Park Regency, and only left the building because of job relocation outside of California. Their entire staff is outstanding and very helpful. Most of their staff lives on-site so there are very responsive to tenant needs. Their maintenance guys are very nice and do a great job with any repairs. My apartment was ver
I've had two apartments here in 7 years and think this place is great. It's a very close walk to the BART station and it only takes about forty minutes to get to SF. It's perfect for commuting to work!!! The property is also right next the freeway I680, which is great not having to deal with city traffic to get home. The property gro
I lived there for just over 4 years. The complex is kept up well and they have some decent features with a pool, spa, and gym. The proximity to BART is the main selling point for most who live here. The main issues I've had are that as a large complex it can get noisy mostly at night when trying to sleep so light sleepers may find th
I love my apartment! I feel like I'm living at a high end resort hotel. It's beautiful, spacious and luxurious. My view is gorgeous, the grounds are like a park, and I even get two parking spots in the garage. If something needs fixing, it gets taken care of right away. I have zero complaints.
Lived here for 3 years. Was very happy with the grounds, the service staff, and the amenities. Would recommend it to others.
Benny Morad, Muhammad Abid and the rest of the staff at the Park Regency do an excellent job of managing and maintaining the property. The landscaping the amenities are constantly re-worked and problems with internal issues, appliances, plumbing and other internal systems are resolved in short order.
I've lived @ Park Regency since November 2011 and have had no complaints. The leasing staff has fulfilled my every request and maintenance is always on time for repairs. I have also enjoyed using the amenities when I am free, such as the pool and gym.
The Park Regency Apartments has many wonderful things that make this place good although like all places it has a few negatives. We will start with the pros:Location - The border of the Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek, easy access to the freeways, both downtowns, plenty of restaurants and night life. Apartment located right behind Str
I love living here. It's a lot of space in a prime location. Super clean convenient amenities and really nice staff. Every time I have a repair, they'll come same day and take care of it.
