Thank you for an incredible experience at South Shore. I have appreciated the beautiful mature trees and tropical foliage. Coming home has felt like being at a resort. There is a great sense of community. I would love to thank Jet for providing such a smooth process for my move in. The staff is very friendly and work very hard to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. I will be recommending South Shore to my friends and family.

First floor water intrusion and flooding, every time it rains!

Consistent Structural Building Code Violations on the outside of all the Apartment Buildings.
Have not been addressed for MANY years.
Numerous water intrusion and flooding episodes reoccur with every rain storm, extensively on the first floors. Placing work orders, after work orders, but nothing gets fixed. The hallways carpets are contaminated with mold and dog filth. The hallway walls are in disrepair and a few elevators have been out of service for over one year.

Overall I love it here. My apartment is pretty and comfortable. My location is the best. My issues only come from management and refusal to solve any issues. I have recommended people to move here and have moved. I love the community. Management needs to fix these issues because they are not outlandish issues. They should be fixed
