I think this complex is great.

I think this complex is great. Bernice is very friendly, as is nearly all staff. They have a great 24-hr parking authority number to call, as well as an after hours emergency number that always picks up and helps you should there be a suspicious vehicle or person, etc. Very secure. Nice apartment complex with close view of the Sandia mountain range. Parking lot a little tight. Seemed like only enough parking spots for the renters and no more. Attentive management. No problems whatsoever.

I've rented a lot of places in different states. It's fine here so far. Inside was very clean, blinds on windows (nice blinds, too), working appliances, new carpet, nice paint job (not your standard boring white, but a nice almond and a blue shade on a different wall. Beware of fraudulent charges when you move out

I want to make it very clear that I did not have a bad experience when I lived here. It is rather noisy, but most apartments are. The real trouble starts when you try to move out. We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Run. The staff is very helpful and any maintenance issues were taken care of right away. We would have stayed longer but we bought a house.

Home Sweet Home :0)

Honestly I love Mtn Run. The view is nice... the place is clean... and very quiet! Maintenence works immediately! The only thing I can complain about is the roaches.... but every other apartment complex probably has roaches, even my parents who live in the North East Heights have roaches.... so get a 2nd or 3rd floor!
