I've been at this apartment 6 months so far and I love it! The apartment is quiet, the neighbors keep to themselves, the views are great, and the security perimeter gates work reasonably well - the only issues are when tenants hook the gate to stay open and don't close them when they are finished making their few trips from the park
I first came to Evonne (the manager) because I needed a place to live that day. My fionce and I found out some very disturbing things about our roommate, so we had to move out IMMEDIATELY. She worked with us and had us in the apartment a couple hours after I called her. If it wasn't for Sungate I don't know what I would have done.
