Dogs and Cats are welcome. Two pet limit per apartment home. Dogs must not be more than 40 pounds when full grown. Some breed restrictions apply. A $200 Refundable Pet Deposit and a $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee are required per apartment. Monthly Pet rent of $35 per pet is also required.
