Pet Policy
We realize that your pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a combined weight limit of 60 lbs. Our non-refundable pet fee is $400 for dogs and $300 for cats per pet. In addition to a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

From the south - Take I-75N to exit 267B (GA-5 S) toward US-41/Marietta. Merge onto Canton Rd Conn NE. Take the US-41 ramp, turn right onto N Cobb Pkwy NE/US-41 N/GA-3 N and bear right onto Bells Ferry Rd NW, go 1.5 miles, we're on the left. From the east - Head west on Post Oak Tritt Rd NE. Turn left at Sandy Plains Rd NE, right at Piedmont Rd NE and left at Bells Ferry Rd NE. Go 1/4 mile until you pass Bells Ferry Park & Recreation Center behind the waterfall, we're on the right.
