I like my place, but the new management team is the worst. They are not respectful of the fact that some of there residents work, they send out memo's giving resents little notice of policies and procedures that are changing. The staff is not friendly nor are they professional. I will not renew my lease with this management company.
I've had the pleasure of working with the staff at The Pointe and I must say these guys provide great service... Go check them out!!
Pros: Laid-back atmosphere with friendly people. Work is not too hard. Cons: Stopped giving annual raises. Upper management treats lower employees like children. Advice to Management: Hire new people to replace you.
They did have a rodent issue but that is only because Residents wasnot taking the time out to place their trash in the trash compactor and this is what caused the problem. i moved into this complex june of o8 and i had no problem i walked at night and did not see this rodent probelm until a few months ago when i started noticing that
I loved my 3 bedroom apartment. I moved out early March, becuase I got a House. but if I ever would need to move to another Apartment, it for real would be the Pointe. It was a great place, very peaceful, great staff, very beautiful landscaping, gym and all. I really enjoyed living there.
I really enjoy living in The Pointe Apartments. It is the cleanest, quietest place in Stone Mountain. I really enjoy the fact that it is a gated community. The apartments are unique inside and spacious. The last good place to live in Stone Mountain.
