We allow dogs and cats. Pet Agreement must be signed and followed. Only 2 pets per apartment. Pets shall not exceed 100 pounds at full maturity. Pets must be commonly recognized as an accepted domestic pet. No aggressive breeds are permitted (including, but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, and Rotweiller's) nor are any dogs that management deems agressive. Pets must be spayed or neutered. A pet fee of $500 is due prior to pet entering the apartment.
