Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Additional rent for pets is $20 per month. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for one pet and $500 for 2 pets. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Follow signs to the leasing office. From I-85S - Exit onto access road-Peachtree Rd N./Buckhead. Turn right on Peachtree Rd.
