My car got hit last night. By a hit and run. Where is the security patrol we use to have. New management so glad I am moving I agree with the other yelpers. Don't move here it is ghetto. Living here is like staying at the Ritz with the cast of flavour of love. ( if anyone can remember that that show )

New amenities are very nice and ...

New amenities are very nice and they said they offer pest control now so I will have to see how that will work out once it's starts getting hot and the bugs come out to play. NO SAFETY since gates are still always open even though the new management promised to have it fixed by January 2014...nothing yet

I have lived in this complex for over a year now and have had a great experience, especially with the new staff. Every time I have had a problem, it was repaired within 48 hours, and most of the time the next day. I have really enjoyed its convenient location in Gwinnett County, with easy access to I85 and 316. I would recommend this

I'm not sure what everyone is crabbing about. This community is no different than any others in the area. Sure there are kids. There are always kids. Sure some people are rude -- neighbors can always be rude. Stop crabbing and do something more worthwhile with your time.
