Pet Policy

Farmingdale is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home. Cats are allowed on all floors. Dogs are allowed only in select units and space is limited. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly rent of $45 per dog and $25 per cat. Note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Dogs under 30 pounds.
