We allow cats. Our community has a few restrictions on cats. $150 Pet Fee plus $150 Pet Deposit due at move-in, $20 Pet Rent Per Month (per pet). cats must weigh less then 35. We allow dogs. dogs must weigh less then 35. We also only allow 1 pets per apartment.
