Dogs must be at least 1 year old and no larger than 65 lbs full grown. Two pet per unit maximum. Pet Fee of $250 for pets ranging between 1-35 pounds, or $300 for pets ranging between 36-65 pounds. There is an additional $50 pet fee for 2nd pet. We do not charge pet rent!
