Gorgeous unit and awesome staff!

The model unit was absolutely gorgeous. The setup truly showed me how I can decorate and make the sq ft work for me. Frankie was very welcoming and his humor was spot on with my mother who accompanied me for my tour. I left feeling I could call this place home.

I was late for my appointment and Jacob assisted me with no hesitation setting me up with my new appointment. He ensured me to drive safely and not rush. The young lady working with Jacob (please forgive me for not remembering her name)... greeted me and my mother and offered us refreshments. This was particularly helpful as I traveled 2 hours!

My first impression was very positive and I give the team an A+. Yes, I’m applying to live here!

Misleading

Dont look like the pictures but i signed the lease because i was desperate just to find out that the apartments are FILLED with roaches!! Frequent and random fires, all types of issues with maintenance. I cant wait to leave

Outlet and Bathroom Water Knob Repair

I'd love to give my compliment for the maintenance person (Rooh). He is always so professional and open to any and all questions or concerns I may have. He truly seems to enjoy his work and is very efficient. I know that I can count on him doing the work correctly, he is constantly smiling, which puts my mind at ease. “luxury” apartments

to keep it short: you get what you pay for.
the sign says “luxury apartments”… luxury? absolutely not. apartments? i suppose.
as someone who’s been here for three years, it’s affordable and decent location. however, beware of roaches and issues with maintenance :/
