The community is located in Columbus, on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Henderson Rd. between Reed and Sawmill. ( I can give you specific directions when you can make it in.) They have private fenced patios and are close to parking. If you lease early, I can get you about any location you want on the property. Inside the apartment is a living room with a vaulted ceiling, open bookcase or breakfast bar between the living area and kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a Refrigerator, Garbage disposal, and Range.( All appliances are off-white, and all decor is neutral throughout.) Off of the kitchen you will find a large utility room, with washer-dryer hookups, and pull-down-stair, individual lighted attic storage. In the hallway is a guest or coat closet. In the full bath is a large linen closet lined top-to- bottom with shelves. In the bedroom is a double-closet and plenty of wall-space if you have a lot of bedroom furniture. You can easily fit a full or queen size bed, triple dresser, chest, and end table to give you an idea...There are phone and cable jacks in the bedroom and living room. The rent is 525.00 Water and sewer is 15.00 monthly and a budget figure from AEP is 41.00 to 57.00 per month for electric. There is no gas. They are double-wall constructed and therefore energy-efficient and quiet between apartments. Our security deposit is currently only 99.00 and our painless application process is 30.00. 129.00 will hold an apartment off of the market until you are ready to move in. Pet fees are only 15 a month for pets under 25 lbs. and 25 monthly for pets weighing between 26-65lbs. There is no up-front pet fee! Sorry, we cannot take pets any larger than 65 lbs. and cannot accept aggressive breeds,(as determined by management). We can offer short-term leases if necessary, and we can offer furnished apartments as well. Hope to see you soon!
