However, there are some breed restrictions such as: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. $300 refundable pet deposit, and $100 non refundable pet fee. Pet Rent - $25 per month, $35 for two. Two pets maximum per apartment; 70 lbs maximum weight.
